As with all of our investigations, we start with a full history of the property. During research Cassie came up with two names of interest that owned houses on the property previous to the bar and before that, the Piggly Wiggly. Tim took those names and searched the library for more information. Hitting some dead ends, he googled Oshkosh: Piggly Wiggly. It was there he found the story of Donnie Weitz. Donnie is mentioned in the book "Oshkosh", by Ron LaPoint. He was a regular at the Piggly Wiggly. He had a playground at South Park dedicated in his name. After reading the chapter about Donnie, Tim talked to the client and shared this information. Some of the claims coincided with Donnie's behaviors. Evidently he loved to hang out around the Piggly Wiggly and became a fixture at the location.

We're sure everyone who frequented the Piggly Wiggly, on Ohio Street knew him. During the course of the investigation we all saw a small person looking at us. Tim had not shared any photos of Donnie with the group, but at the next FCPT meeting he asked Cassie to describe again the person she had seen. After sharing what she saw, Tim shared the photos of Donnie. The description of the person Tim and Cassie had seen during the investigation was quite similar to the photos of Donnie Weitz.
