Established in 2005, Southern Ohio Paranormal Research is happy to provide free paranormal investigation services to those in need. With three regional teams in Ohio we are able to focus our attention on our clients easily. Our Founder, James Bell, formed Southern Ohio Paranormal Research in the hope he could help find the answers people were looking for. Our paranormal investigations include utilizing everyday equipment to verify any sources of Electromagnetic Fields, utilizing audio and video recorders, as well as digital cameras.
Not all paranormal investigations will generate evidence therefore it may be necessary for follow-up investigations. All investigations will take place with your permission and based on your availability. Our catalog of investigations include southern Ohio, Columbus Ohio, Dayton Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Mansfield Ohio, and Moundsville West Virginia, to name a few.
We conduct all investigations in a professional manner and abide by a strict privacy policy. You, the client, have the ultimate say on what we can publish on our website.
While we are still asking questions ourselves, we want to make it clear we will treat you and your situation with professionalism and care. We understand you may be confused about who to turn to. Hi, My name is James Bell and I am from the Blue Ash area, just north of Cincinnati. I started this group in November of 2005 to help investigate and understand the different types of ghost haunts. What inspired me to do this was the SciFi TV show, Ghost Hunters. Our group is here to debunk paranormal activity. What we do is take the evidence of a ghost haunt and try to figure out why it is occurring. If we cannot disprove it, we are left with evidence of some kind of paranormal activity. Paranormal just means, above the norm. We will try our best to work with the situation and our clients to try to figure out what is happening and why. We will also share our findings with you if we have our clients permission to do so. We will respect our clients and if they wish to remain nameless, we will do so.
