Private Residence • Appleton, Wi • 01/30/10

On January 30th a team of five investigators traveled to Appleton for an investigation of a private residence. We were greeted by two very enthusiastic pugs! The family had concerns over EMF fields and how they may be causing them to have the experiences in the home. Troy did an EMF sweep of the house and did find very high EMF fields in the corner of the living room.

The claims were of noises and apparitions basically throughout the house. We set up 4 infrared cameras and used 5 digital audio recorders to try to catch any evidence. Unfortunately the night did not produce any evidence of paranormal activity. We did however make a few new friends that night and the team got some valuable experience. We will be going in again in the future if the activity increases per the home owners request.

FYI: EMF stands for electromagnetic field. EMFs are generally generated through electrical wiring and electronic devices. EMFs can also detect paranormal activity. If an EMF field is constant and stable, it's artificial, if it fluctuates erratically, it's paranormal.


Tim is shown going over the information found on the home during the background check of the home. Before we go into any investigation we do a complete background check on the location. We check on previous owners and any deaths that may have occurred in the house or on the property.	Before each investigation Tim, or another member of our group will deliver a prayer asking for guidance and protection. There is a certain degree of risk associated with each investigation. Protection through whatever personal means necessary is key to protection.	An important beginning to every investigation is getting a baseline EMF reading throughout the residence. Here Troy is taking a reading in the far left corner of the living room of the home in Appleton. It is this area of the home where we found to highest EMF readings.

FCPT highly recommends that you do not trespass or break laws in any fashion if you feel the desire to investigate the paranormal on public/private property. We only proceed with the strict understanding that we have permission and authority to conduct our investigations. We have the utmost respect for public and private property especially cemeteries.
