On March 13th Fox Cities Paranormal Team investigated The Washington Inn in Cecil. We arrived around 9pm and after interviewing the owner and setting up we started our investigation at 11pm. The surrounding businesses made it difficult for us to collect EVP evidence, although we did have many personal experiences that night. While upstairs where there are unused apartments Cassie walked past a doorway to see a lady walking into the closet. Full bodied apparations are very rare and this experience that Cassie had was incredible. In the basement Tim, Tony, and Sharon tried to debunk some noises the owners had heard coming from a liquor room. Tony and Sharon went to one side of the basement to see how far sound would travel. While they were communicating to Tim he was in total darkness and felt a hand being placed on his shoulder. Yet another incredible experience. Throughout the night in the basement Tim, Tony, and Sharon were being visited by something. We could not debunk the shadow that would appear behind Sharon no matter how hard we tried. On our last rotation a small mist like circle appeared in front of Tim. He was the only one able to see it. We wrapped up our investigation at 4:45 am.The night was filled with experiences and although we were not able to catch any evidence it is a case we will not soon forget. We hope to investigate again this summer.

FYI: EMF stands for electromagnetic field. EMFs are generally generated through electrical wiring and electronic devices. EMFs can also detect paranormal activity. If an EMF field is constant and stable, it's artificial, if it fluctuates erratically, it's paranormal.
