On April 10, 2010 the Fox Cities Paranormal Team and Central House welcomed 58 enthusiastic guest to the first Ghost Dinner and Tour.
The evening began with guest registration followed by order dinner from a menu featuring some great food. During dinner Tim Maile and Tony Macareo presented findings from FCPT paranormal investigations. They played EVP's from a number of local investigations, and well as relaying personal experiences, some from the Central House itself. After dinner all guests were taken on a tour of the building. On the tour guests were told about the history of the building, informed about the reports of paranormal activity and some members shared with the group their personal experiences while investigating at the Central House. Guests also signed up to go on an EVP session with members of the Fox Cities Paranormal Team.
There was also a 50/50 raffle with proceeds going to the Eastshore Humane Society. There was also a T-shirt give away.
FYI: Disembodied Voice - It is the voice of a spirit that you can hear without the need of electronic devices.
EVP sessions consisted of 5 to 6 individuals along with two FCPT members. Individuals were encouraged to ask questions. There was a lot of discussion about EVP's, ghost and spirit activity and some discussion based on our personal views on the paranormal.
Unfortunately we did not catch any EVPs on video or audio, but during an EVP session on the third floor being led by Tim the entire group responded to a voice coming from the left corner of the room, where a stack of duct work was stacked. This is the same area where Cassie, an FCPT investigator, saw a face. Watch the video and you will see that everyone in the room heard the voice say, "No". That voice was not an EVP it was a disembodied voice. Just ask anyone who was in the room!
Tour groups were given the chance to take photos, ask questions about the Central House and questions pertaining to paranormal activity.
Groups were informed of the apparition of a man seen on the stair well landing and a face seen peering through the bars.
The orbs in the photos are dust particles being stirred up by the activity in the area.
Guest were taken on a tour of the Central House, from the basement up to the third floor. During the tours they were informed of the reported paranormal activity throughout the building.
This is a shot of a tour group on the third floor of the Central House. As you can see it is not quite dark. The next trip upstairs it was much darker.

FCPT highly recommends that you do not trespass or break laws in any fashion if you feel the desire to investigate the paranormal on public/private property. We only proceed with the strict understanding that we have permission and authority to conduct our investigations. We have the utmost respect for public and private property especially cemeteries.
